Okay, so I’ve been seeing this game all over the place for a long while now so I decided to sign up for Steam JUST to try it and other games I might find fun. I’m in no way a gamer, of course, but if the game is cute or fun-looking, I wanna try it.

Anyways, Don’t Starve is a game by Klei Entertainment. I like that it was made by an indie company, just because I think it’s cool when good things happen to the little guys of the big corporate world.

Don’t Starve is basically that. Don’t starve. You start off as a character who may have been kidnapped by some weirdo and dropped in the middle of some creepy land filled with all sorts of creatures that want to kill you. The monsters range from walking eyeballs, werepigs, spiders, and more. You’ll even deal with the monsters you see in your head…oooooo. All the while, you should be trying to not die by using your survival skills. You’ll be making outfits using grass, assembling weapons and tools, setting traps for game, and foraging for food.

It’s a very repetitive game that lasts until you die…I think. I don’t know if there’s a way to win this game yet because I keep dying by the stupidest things hahaha. You can play alone or play with people from the internet, depending on the game you buy. The animation and the design of the game is very charming. I love this style of art 🙂

Give it a try, if you get the chance. I’ll try to play it when I can, but I have two strikes against me: a sucky laptop computer and unreliable internet. *sigh* Oh, if only I had all the money in the world………..lmao, I’d probably donate to worthy charities first and buy a house and take care of family–BUT after all that, a kickass, powerful desktop and faster-than-Flash-and-Superman-combined internet. 😉 Yup, yup, that’s the dream………….LMFAO hahahaha. I amuse myself.

So I’ve known about Felicia Day for a while (Dr. Horrible and Supernatural, of course XD). But I didn’t know she had all these other things, like her own channel, a twitch account, and a bunch of other stuff.

Then I watched her on some Supernatural con panels and I just love her personality haha. I definitely want to try to play all the games that she played. I’m not much for gaming, but I might even open a twitch account!

Anyways, I think she’s hilarious and I’m going to try to catch her streams, watch her web series, and uploads.

You still can’t fly your fairy like you did in Pixie Hollow, but you can fun creating one and setting up her home. It’s also a bit more limited in options than Pixie Hollow, but it’s better than nothing 🙂 There are some fairy games that you can play too.

Lord of the Rings Online (LOTRO)

I started playing LOTRO again. I haven’t in YEARS.

But I logged in and set up my account and everything!

I know I loved playing World of Warcraft and LOTRO is kind of like it, except mostly free. Lol. I still think I like WoW more, but I do love Lord of the Rings. The thing I hate MOST about these kind of games is that there are SOOOOO MANY QUESTS!!! How do people keep track of it all? I think it’s because I like to get as many tasks off my table as soon as possible. But with the quest tracker, I guess you don’t have to worry about that? But what if I miss a quest somewhere, like a character hidden somewhere who needs my help? LOTRO is a big, big world. Very easy to get lost in lol.

The setting is GORGEOUS though. 🙂

The Cat Lady’s House! I have noooooo idea if this is involved in a quest or something, but imagine my surprise when I walked into all this meowing and purring lol.

Anyways, hopefully, there’s more fun stuff in this game to come 🙂

Yes, everyone should be sad they didn’t get into Slytherin. Or Hufflepuff. Slytherpuffs forever!!!

Lol, joking of course. I love all the houses because there’s so much good in all of them. People just seem to like to generalize Slytherins as being evil, Hufflepuffs as being stupid, Ravenclaws as being snobs, and Gryffindors as the best people in the world. There is good and bad in each house.

That being said, I’m a proud Slytherin. And everyone says I’m the nicest person they’ve ever met, haha. My best friend is a proud Hufflepuff and she’s far from stupid.

I will say this though. It takes a certain type of people to be actors. I think that’s why Felton and Lynch got Gryffindors. It’s not a bad thing. Nor am I saying that all actors are Gryffindors. I’m just saying there may be common trait somewhere there.

It’s a somewhat old game that I played maybe last year. The only reason I’m posting about it is because I LOVE the song, hahaha!

It’s so stupid to love such a song, but I think it’s so catchy!

They’ve updated the game too, so y’all should check it out. It’s a somewhat frustrating game, but I love the animation and the creativity put into it.
